We have a 30-day return policy, which means requesting a refund 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, worn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of your purchase.

To start a return Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a first return request will not be accepted.

Losses and problems
Please inspect your order at the reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous substances, combustible liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once it is returned, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post a refund.
